1) Monthly MRI KPA committee meetings
We hold a meeting on the first Wednesday of every month. Due to Covid-19 these meetings are currently held virtually. Various topics are discussed including our strategy, issues raised via patients’, updates on discussions with clinicians, concerns and possible solutions over the service provided by Renal or Transplant at MRI, national renal issues and funding requirements.
2) MRI KPA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The AGM is usually held in September and in previous years we held it at Manchester Royal Infirmary on a Sunday as we thought this was best the best day for patients.
For the last two years the AGM has been held virtually and is likely to be this year.
